January 20, 2025 at 6:45 amHi.I have ordered Amazon Prime for 1499, but I wasn’t provided the service. There was some technical glitch and the amount was debited from my card, yet I didn’t receive the service. It has been 31 days as of now.
I have contacted customer care atleast a dozen times and have been posting on Twitter (X) on almost a regular basis.
The social media handle asks me to respond to mails. But whenever I responded to their mails, they are just sending a message to the seller (Amazon Seller Services Private Limited) through the Amazon website. The seller never responds and it has been almost 2 weeks. They have sent around 4-5 messages and there is no response. Yet I am asked to send mails to Amazon customer care, which is again met witb an automated mail that they’ll contact the seller.
This has been really hard and taxing with multiple emails and posts back and forth. Plus, last time I called customer care, my call was hung up two times after being put on hold.
I have registered a complaint on NCH. Is there anything more I can do? Is there any hope for me to get my refund? Any advice is helpful.

If you have used your credit card, file a dispute with the bank, and they will process a chargeback. -

January 21, 2025 at 2:05 pmWhere do I find the India Head and CEO mail addresses? I can only see Grievance Officer and Nodal Officer on the official site, but they only tend to Amazon Pay related issues. I have sent mail and got this response π-

January 21, 2025 at 2:09 pmSearch in Google & go to the CEO Email website from the results. You can find the email ID of Amit Agarwal there. Also send an email to Global CEO Andy Jaasy in the same manner.
