Bike accident need legal advice

My uncle had an accident 15 days ago on a two-wheeler. Another person, also riding a two-wheeler and between 17-19 years old, was without a helmet. My uncle sustained some wounds. The other party came today, saying his son has a broken hand and was hospitalized. They are asking for ₹3.5 lakhs; if not given, they are saying they will file a case. Uncle bike has insurance.
