I can’t sell my ticket on viagogo anymore and they’re trying to make me pay

Hello, I tried selling a concert ticket on viagogo but the whole selling process seemed a bit dodgy especially the buyer as there was no information or way to contact them and I never got an email saying that someone bought it but somehow it has been sold. I couldn’t take down the listing and I couldn’t edit anything and they gave me a date and time to put the ticket up my but I wasn’t going to get the ticket by then so I tried to delete my listing because I didn’t want them taking my money because if you can’t give the tickets by a certain date they charge you the price of the tickets but they wouldn’t let me and I did the last thing I could do and blocked my card as lost because and I wanna know if this could affect me in any way.
