My relative is an insurance agent for a reputed organization, they advised a neighbor who purchased policies. Due to certain circumstances related to family greed *(and now they are claiming that she was not in her right mind while signing the documents)*, she is blaming my relative for forcing them to buy the policies and fraudulently taking their money. Now they are threatening my relative family by saying that they will file a complaint against them with the police. What legal steps can we take to ensure that this harassment stops? They are also pressuring my relative that they have things recorded and can take this to a higher level if required.
