January 19, 2025 at 3:14 amI own a truck and last year in route to Hyderabad it break down in middle of road and after tht driver turn on all indicators and put alert signals but a bus coming by from back hit the vehicle from back which left many people injured one died though now injured persons have brought a claim suit against me (owner), driver and insurance company.
My advocate has filed written statement in which he mentioned tht lorry was parked in road with indicators on , my concern is that will the insurance company pay them or not.
Ps:- Vehicle had valid insurance, valid and legal driver with appropriate licence and vehicle was parked with precautions but on road. -

January 19, 2025 at 4:59 amThis seems like, error of the bus driver. And those people should complain against the bus driver and that company. And his insurance company should pay them.-
