Withdrawal of cyber case becoming impossible Please Help!

So a Guy name Y , told me he is selling coldplay concert tickets,he asked me for 5k and said ill give you tickets after reaching location, after paying 5k he blocked me , i filed a complaint in online portal, now after few days i somehow found the guy, and he returned me the money, but his account is frozen, now he is requesting me to withdraw the complaint, i did it in the online portal, but his bank is asking to get a letter from police station, Now when i went to PS , they are blaming me why did you even file a complaint for 5k rs, do you know how difficult it is to unfreeze a bank, call the culprit and stuff

I am too afraid of the police , i dont want to visit them, i dont want my parents to know all these,

For know i have an affadivit on stamp paper stating i have got money back and want to withdraw it, Guide me with later steps,

All this is for hyderabad state, and PS is banjara hills , if anyone influential please help me out

Learn this lesson right now.

Actions have consequences. That guy cheated you without considering the consequences.

You got your money.

His account is blocked not because of any random reason but he cheated you and thought to get away with it.

Relex and now block his number. Let him run place to place.

You don’t owe him anything

Only if that account is an SBI account it is tough to de-freeze in Hyderabad cases, besides that I see no problem, visit once again with some chai paani along with the beneficiary’s branch mail id and request them to send the noc. They will do it don’t worry, but if it is SBI then it is not easy.

So SBI has a different SOP, follow the cops instructions, only higher authorities can send the noc to SBI so your IO said that. Don’t need to worry much also make sure if any other account is also freezed along with your friend’s account because all the different accounts must be produced together

Why are you trying to help? He cheated you! Doesn’t mean that if he returned the money he is innocent . He is not!! Let him face the punishment.

Just block and chill, you are probably not the first person he scammed, his bank account balance is probably full of money he scammed from many innocent people. His bad luck, you were smart enough to file a cyber crime complaint, he very much deserves it. Let him run pillar to pillar to have his account unblocked, it’s not your concern.
