Retailer using my number illegally

Hey folks,

Purchased an AC last year from a local retailer and they sold me extended warranty fulfilled by a private company.
Now a year later I had issues with my AC and called the extended warranty people to find out over 70 appliances are registered under my number.
I asked for a list but they refused even though these appliances are registered under my number without my consent.
I wanted to raise two issues here:
– The retailer (most probably) using my number to register other devices for extended warranty
– Extended warranty company linking any random number to their plans without confirming the number belongs to the concerned person.

What are the right forums to raise this complaint and how can I proceed with this?
