Is it possible to close an LLP that has been incorporated 2 months ago?

Me and my partner had formed an LLP on March 8, 2025, and we wish to now close it because both of us won’t be able to find the time and extra capital needed to push the business. We haven’t done any transaction apart from putting initial capital in the current account. No assets, no liabilities apart from the cash in bank. Is it possible to close the LLP, since most online sources are saying that at least 1 year should pass before commencing business to be eligible for strike off.
