January 17, 2025 at 5:22 amMy grandfather recently passed away and left me a substantial sum of money in his will, with instructions to use it for the education of underprivileged children in our village. I want to set up a trust to manage these funds effectively and ensure the money is used as intended. How do I go about registering a trust in India? What would be the necessary steps and legal requirements? -
