Landlord is creating problems so I give him a spare key

Landlord is running the water pump for a longer duration and flooding my apartment and trying to blame it on me to ask for a spare key.

In the past, when he had a spare key, he would enter my apartment when I was not home, without informing me beforehand.

What laws are there that can work in my favour and what can I do about the situation?

I have a rental agreement that is expiring this month.
