  a month back an overspeeding bike hit my grandfather , which resulted in his death . the two boys on the bike were unharmed . FIR got registered and they are out on bail .
  I am not aware much about how we can punish those killers . i need some advice and how we can proceed with the case.

  what is the status of investigation? Have you filed any claim before accidents tribunal?

    a few lawyers have contacted us saying that they will get us X amount of money if we let them file the claim in tribunal and share a small % with them .
    can you tell me how the claim money etc is decided , i have very less knowledge about this

      File a claim and get compensation. Get in touch with good lawyer.
