Ca giving legal threats

Recently my father died he was working in a private company there used be a so called ca ( mainly a middle man) who used to file return after my father death he filed a return claiming it’s legal and asking 20% else saying he will freeze all returns and will file a complain against me.as I am legal heir i have to pay all the money

idt u have to pay anything itr filing is a personal work
does he have a bill of professional charges wrt to tax returns? if yes then you have to
if no then idts but if u got the tax returned i think you should pay some amount for the work he did

The post is unclear. He is not IT department to freeze your returns. Get your past returns and get another CA to do new returns. Pay the previous CA for services already rendered. NAL.
