Bought a second-hand car from a dealer, but he keeps delaying the transfer process. What should I do?

I purchased a second-hand car from a dealer about a month ago, and he has yet to complete the ownership transfer. Every time I follow up, he gives excuses like the paperwork hasn’t come through or says that the delay is because the car previously belonged to a corporate. I’m starting to feel uneasy about this.

What steps should I take to resolve this? Should I escalate it somewhere? Any advice would be appreciated!

There was a Telegram bot from which you can the current owner’s (on RC) phone number and address. Try contacting the owner and doing the name transfer on your own (or ask him if the dealer has contacted him/her yet)
