Just one question……

What do I have to do to be able to defend false cases, I know direct answer is I cant and courts favour females.

I can digest going to jail but, HOW CAN I PREVENT TO EVER PAY AN OUNCE OF ALIMONY TO MY EVEN-IF-I-EVER-MARRY WIFE? I am 22 years old so I am ready to take any safety measures like creating a trust or something as much as it takes for the sake of the future. So let me give you the cases-

1. All proper legally signed about the golds that she brought to the in laws… Before marriage. Possible
2. At least just in case India allows prenups valid even in the next 10 years hence, if its done, it can be used.
3. Not marry and live as bf gfs, but what will happen if society calls us hussy and wife?

Please tell me something…. I know I am young and being paranoid but the conditions in my state is not good either. I’ll have to think about the future from now.. we middle classes can only afford some.

Did I say anything wrong? I mean I just want to protect my belongings? Is it that wrong ? And I am asking the lawyer’s advise and not criticism. So please, say something elaborately.
