WSIL trying to file divorce for 2CR Alimony
SIL is planning to file a divorce to her husband for 2CR Alimony and other charges.
1.False allegations include physical, mental, sexual harassments.
2.SIL is in relationship with her childhood bf who is good for nothing.
3.He is a government employee about to retire in six months.
4.Kids 1F and 1M are above 18.M supports Mother and is completely brainwashed.
5. All monetary expenses were borne by him towards education and shelter. Some of the allegations she has made can be cleared easily as we have sufficient proofs. (Ex. She mentioned that he pledged gold to buy car, while the car was provided by company and loan EMIs were cleared directly from his sal. Jewellery she mentioned are with her and we have taken some pics as a proof. 3. Have proofs of her adultery in pics and also boyfriend has an account at husbands address.Can she still claim alimony? She is currently working as a teacher. (Can’t add pics in this SR)

PYes she can claim alimony no matter what she does to violate the sanctity of her marriage. And the courts are mostly all too eager to grant it.
How much? Well that is the real question. 2cr is obviously an absurd number. If you can prove she has filed false cases, she has constant source of money via her job, she is in adultery these things will greatly help in reducing the alimony.
But then comes the question of child custody and maintenance that shouldn’t be a big issue since both the children are adults.
One concern you should have is the mother manipulting the children into falsely testifying against the father.

WThank You for the response. The girl child is neutral and out of India for studies.. She may never return due to the trauma, The boy is completely brainwashed and knows everything (even calls the boyfriend as bro). Co bro is still supporting them with minimum requirements like grocery. The boy is now earning as well however still asks his dad for money. We have proofs of her adultery and she also claims in the draft that he made false accusations of adultery etc. If any lawyers from Hyderabad here please respond..

UAdultery is not a crime in India. You can’t use proof of adultery to disclaim the allegations against the husband. You need to refute each allegation on its own merit.
She can file for divorce and claim 2crore alimony but she won’t get it in family court. The problem is, she will file fake criminal complaint against husband and his family (rape, gang rape, attempt-to-murder, un-natural sex, false promise, coersion, and pornography charges), then she will use the leverage she gets on the criminal side to force the family to settle for a large payment.
Tell your friend to get ready, depending on how many people she files the fake FIR against – he needs to have 10-15 lacs ready to fight the fake charges in court. Then use the fake charges to get divorce under cruelty.

WFeel so scared! He is a simpleton and even though he knew about her affairs since 9 years, never told anyone. The other problem is my wife is supporting her in all this shit and our relationship is getting strained. I just hope these things won’t affect me.

U– A good lawyer charges between 1-2 lacs for interim and anticipatory bail per person (higher the crime, higher the rate).
– A good lawyer charges 1-2 lacs for regular bail (after chargesheet is filed).
– A good lawyer will charge 1.5 lacs per person for quashing the FIR in high court.
– Divorce lawyer (can be the same as your criminal lawyer) will charge about 1 lacs retainer and 10K per hearing.
– bribing the court peons, judges, and police: keep 2-3 lacs to bribe them.
