        Hello,
I’ve had a Laptop which upon multiple times servicing from service center didn’t resolved issues and therefore, I gave it to service center myself (previously there engineer used to visit my place for home service, as it was just OS reinstall). Then since returning from the service center, there a minor scratch, laptop not turning on without adapter and other small issues that I noticed since the purchase too.

(Note – The laptop started powering on battery after a few months, but I have video proofs of all the issues, + WhatsApp messages with their engineer whom I conveyed the issue on the day on laptop delivery itself+ video called him too, so its there in the WhatsApp chat too, and thereafter no contact was made with me even after emails and other communications)

I have took service from “Online Legal India” for petition, and they drafted a rejoinder too, but there service is not that good. As a student, I don’t have enough savings left for the case.

I’m myself presenting it in court.
All the lawyers out there, I request you to please advice me on everything. I recently gave rejoinder and next hearing is a month away.

        Please let me know :
        – How to speak efficiently,
        – Argue
        – Ask questions that traps opposition in their own facts, giving me an advantage.
        – How to not make silly mistake
        – How to provide “Video Proofs” in pendrive in consumer court.
        – How to say “The laptop didn’t turn on battery without when it came from service center (as it started working after few months) (I do have video proofs + Chats + Tweet + emails as proof)
        – Any other advice / suggestions to strengthen my side of the arguments.
