Help me report a PU college in Karnataka for violating integrated coaching guidelines

So for everyone who doesn’t know, Karnataka PU board prohibits Pre-University colleges from having integrated coaching for JEE, NEET and KCET because these colleges put more pressure on students and extort money from parents. If a PU college is found guilty of it, PU department can disaffiliate with the college. My friend is in one of these colleges, and they are harrassing students mentally. I would like to report this college to the Karnataka PU board but I’m not sure where I’m supposed to. My friend says he can testify that integrated coaching does take place in this college and that they do harrass students.

P.S: According to my friend, there have been a few times when PU Board officials came to the college for a surprise check but nothing has ever happened to this college.
