Can I lose my job over an anonymous negative feedback about my character ?

My family had some high voltage drama with one of our close relatives and they gave a threat that they will destroy my career by sending anonymous negative feedback about my character, work ethic etc to the company I work in via LinkedIn. I havent done anything to get under radar and am a very honest, hardworking person so they dont have any proof/facts to back their statement. But still I am really scared about this as I dont want to lose my job.
