CMy sibling who has access to all of my mothers funds is unilaterally moving around funds without even my mothers consent. She does not understand or know how to manage any of these and is stuck with only what he tells her. Despite her asking he is not giving her response. She currently lives with him in a not a great atmosphere. We are worried he will leave her empty handed and making her situation even worse. He has cut off all communication with other family members so not in a position to question him. How can we protect our mother in this situation?
