January 14, 2025 at 7:25 pmThere is an under construction property in which I am thinking to invest however I saw on the govt website that the property has 3 ligitations.
I’ve tried to check the details but the website shows no detailed information and only mentions “Issues”
So will it be a wise decision to invest in that property? Or it is a risky bet ? -

January 14, 2025 at 8:11 pmWhy buy litigation property? If you’re looking for properties the check out sarfaesi act 2002.
Check any bank/ banking wing/ NBFC/ HFC website and see list of secured assets possessed or secured assets possessed under sarfaesi act 2002.
You’ll find tons of properties in budget and banks will also help you finance them.
