Recovery agents calling friend’s relative

My friend had a loan from a reputed company bajaj finance.
He had not paid only one emi since 40 days, rest all 33 emi’s are cleared.

The company called his friend’s relative whom he dont even know, they harrased them fr one hour claiming that they are the guarantors but they are not.

My friend dont even know friend’s relative name and doesn’t even have their number stored on phone.

What legal action should ny friend take?
It has mentally disturbed him
