January 14, 2025 at 1:07 pmI’ve accidentally defaulted few emi’s on my CC and on my loan from the same bank which was a personal loan. However, the amount is merely under 10k.Do you think there could be any serious consequences if I missed the date the legal notice has to me being in the location of the court and I didn’t?

January 14, 2025 at 3:31 pmBut the question is why would a big bank go for legal way just for an amount of 6k and it’s not like that I’m not paying on time. It’s just the last amount. Which was left. But yeah I’ll anyway clear it away.
