I ordered a jersey online from Packet Dreams on 25/09/2024. They still haven’t shipped it out. I’ve been texting them for weeks, and they take a few days to respond. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to send the QR code. I did, and it’s been well over two months since then. I’m trying to reach out to them, but they don’t respond properly, and they still haven’t refunded my money. What should I do?

Post on their face book LinkedIn instagram etc , sometimes senior management will notice and revert . And post on ask india as well , larger community
