Bike RTO permanent registration

I purchased a bike from X state and I relocated to Y state and I am from Z state.

While doing temporary registration I gave adress of Z state as per my aadhar. Since my relocation to Y state did not come into picture during purchase of the bike.

My temporary registration has now expired and my bike is unregistered with no RC.

– My permanent address is of Z state.
– My bike purchased in X state
– My job is in Y state.

What documents I need to obtain or process I have to do to register my bike in Y state. I cannot send the bike or travel to Z state for temporary registration due to long distance.

I can obtain – a bank account in Y state, rent agreement, letter from employer

Pardon if posted in wrong sub. I need genuine advice on my situation.
