Aunt took loan from bank to help her colleague. The colleague has paid for two years and is now missing for the last two months.

My aunt works at a hospital and one of her colleagues was *apparently* fighting death and was hospitalized. So, she begged everyone in the hospital for money. Everyone from the supervisor to even the sweeper chimed in to help. My aunt took a loan of ~1 lakh toh help the person. She has repaid the loan for the last two years and approximately 55k is still left to be paid.
Now, she has all her phone numbers switched off and is not coming in for work. What legal step can one take in this situation?

Note: She has not repaid anyone else’s money either.
