If a property of 2 floor is in two brothers name and only one person wants to sell it then what to do?

So we don’t have good relation with uncle’s family but both of the farmer brother being scared of not moving out from the same place where they have born and we are staying with an overbearing grandparents who has a say on everything my father does. That way we are bound to stay under the same roof with this uncle’s family and grandparents. Right now one new floor is under construction.

In future when grandparents will not be there, I can’t live here anymore tolerating the other family. They are too nosy and jealous beings.

Since the house is in two brothers name my father and his brother(has a son), the way this brother’s family behave, they are very aggressive (like killing for property they can do because they don’t think before coming towards you) and miser as well so in case if we have to move out after selling they have to spend like normal people and not leech of grandparents, most probably they will not be agreeing to sell both sides of the house. In that case what can I do to prevent any scary situation happening in future by taking legal actions so that we can sell our portion when time comes?
