In summary, I am planning to get a new car in Mumbai and I have been asked a transfer letter along with mandatory documents.

I work in a private bank and have more than 4 offices in different states in India

Is it mandatory to have a transfer letter to get BH number series?

I don’t want to give bribe to RTO, how to handle this situation, I have already given the booking amount
