Need citation for a defamation case between mother and wife

I am trying to file a defamation case on my wife for a false 498a case from which me and my mother were acquitted on the grounds of lack of evidence (the case was filed for extortion anyway and there was no other reason to file the case)

However from what I understood if a husband files a defamation case it is usually dismissed on the grounds that the defamation is not applicable between husband and wife, Hence I filed the case with my mother as the one appealing.

The court is delaying to accept the case for 4 months now citing one reason or another, now the judge insisted that I should be included as the victim( so that they can use the husband wife relation excuse and dismiss the case)

Hence I am requesting for any kind of citations where husband or mother in law have filed defamation cases on the wife and if they have won, lower judiciary judges usually are cowards and don’t take up or encourage cases which challenge the current status quo, hence the need for citation.

I’m a lawyer and I’ve been searching for the same since a long time lol. you sound a lot like my client. even in his case the wife never adduced any evidence qnd he was acquitted after 8 long years.
