We have our house in Delhi from jad basically we live on gf and my cousin family live on ff
Our registry is not floor wise otherwise we had sold our floor years ago our house is 50 % equally on my mom name and my uncle name now the problem is they will not sold there share as they have a family and there extended relatives come daily and make so much noise and fight with us…..they basically want to grab our share as well

Can I sell my 50% share from property?
What problems will I have to face or my cousin family can create ?
How much loss will I have to bear on selling my share ?
What things / points should I kept in mind before selling my 50% share
And also I don’t want my cousins family or his relatives to buy my 50% share which I will be selling? What can I do for this ??

Just find a suitable buyer and sell your floor. Alternatively you can file an injunction suit against your uncle to not disturb your peaceful possession.
