January 11, 2025 at 9:06 amHi Reddit,Iโm seeking legal advice on an issue Iโve been facing with Jio Fiber. Back in April 2024, I disconnected my Jio fiber connection due to prolonged internet issues (the connection was down for over a week, Despite making multiple complaints they couldnโt resolve it). I returned the modem to the Jio representative within my billing period and received SMS confirmation for both the disconnection and modem collection.
Fast forward to December 2024, Jio suddenly raised a baseless bill and has been relentlessly calling me to pay it without providing any explanation. Iโve been fighting this since December 7th. Iโve sent emails, called customer care multiple times, and even reached out on Twitter, explaining the situation to countless representatives. Every time I was assured the issue was escalated, but no resolution has been provided to date.
Iโm extremely frustrated and angry at this point. Iโm tired of repeating myself and wasting my time explaining this to new representatives every time.
Has anyone faced similar issues with Jio or any other service provider? What can I do to resolve this? Any advice or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
