I have Airtel wifi since 2021 and it was good but after shifting to a new city the service deteriorated and stuff.
In November and December I had 38 full days of outage. I have video proof of each day showing the router in good condition but no internet.
Can I file a consumer helpline or court complaint about this?
(The company has already refused to refund/extend plan and has not replaced the router.) -
