Advice for neighbours throwing trash in empty plot next to my house karanataka.

I live Karnataka Bagalkot, there is empty plot next to my house and neighbours adjacent to this are all there garbage into the plot kitchen waste, plastic wrappers and any household waste. We have asked them politely, scolded them but they are still continuing the same. Wanted to know what I can do legally to make them pay for action.

Being a tier 3 city I couldn’t find any right place to raise a complaint to the municipality.

Install a dummy camera and put up a board saying “illi kasa hakoru boli maklu”

Injunction suit, in case you wanna go all guns blazing. Or a legal notice to go mild in the beginning.
