UPlease advise!
In a recent year I made a vehicle purchase which doesn’t have features has per my requirement. I did also requested for a test drive upon visiting the showroom “sales executive Ms. Preethi Madam denied and used a deceiving trick to sale a product. Later that vehicle had a issue; which was brought to MD Mr. Rajan!” As this issue was raised they started to behave rudely, threaten and made lot of false statement and they took back the vehicle for the lesser amount!
As a consumer this incident is traumatic and dis-hearting.
