UA complaint was filed against me in 2025 because someone allegedly used my SIM card for fraud. In January, police officers from Gurugram, Haryana came to question me. They showed me some proof, took me to a police outpost for questioning, and after some “settlement,” they told me the matter would be closed and the case would end.
Now, after almost 1.5 years, the same police officer called me again and said a chargesheet has to be filed, and that I need to come to Gurugram with ₹15–20k expenses. But when I checked the eCourts portal online, it already shows that the chargesheet was filed last year in October.
I’m scared to go directly to the police because I feel they may falsely implicate me in something else. My family is already under a lot of stress because of this situation.
Is there anyone from Gurugram court or someone familiar with legal procedures who can help me get a copy of the chargesheet from the court? Also, please give me genuine advice on what I should do next.

Uthis sounds really stressful especially because you thought the matter was over and now suddenly it is coming back after such a long gap the part that feels important here is the mismatch between what the officer is saying now and what is already showing on ecourts because that usually means there is more happening procedurally than what is being explained to you directly also asking for expenses like that informally can make anyone uncomfortable in this situation have you checked whether your name is shown as accused in the ecourts entry itself or only connected somewhere in the case details right now
