Dtdc courier delivered even after cancellation request raised

I was selling my gpu 5060 oc msi through facebook marketplace there , a guy from Kolkata msged and said he’ll buy at the price I listed of 35k . He asked me to courier it through DTDC and that he will when it shows accepted on the tracking website i agreed with his condition then but he Didn’t paid . So I cancel the courier in the same day (30/4/25) it was in the process till now today it shows delivered and that guy is denying any delivery

Now what’s the next course of action, a police complaint against him or consumer complaint against DTDC that why did they allow the courier to get delivered

Call DTDC Customer Care and ask for explanation and also ask them the recipient details and the delivery address. Share these details with Consumer Helpline, they will help you.

Get proof of delivery from DTDC and file a case of cheating against him
