We live abroad at the moment . I have a flat in Delhi NCR region. It is vacant for the past 9 years now . Every time l visit lndia it’s a headache for me to arrange the cleaning and repairing. Cudnt put it on rent as l don’t have anybody to watch over. I read these days there are property managers who take care of all the cleaning and renovation plus renting out . Need some insight on this.
