UKeeping it short
My dad was injured on 5th of november 2025 in jodhpur rajasthan due to an accident we took him to bone and joint hospital [estemmed private hospital of jodhpur]
There it was surgery where plates had to be inserted , the doctor delayed for a while for the swelling to reduce in legs , after 3 days he set my dad for operation
There in OP there was continuos supply of patient , ie after one operation another patient was brought on the spot even though there should be some waiting period between one patient and another this practice was not followed which resulted my dad leg’s being infected again we ignored that part considering human error the doc did the next few procedures without charge he did a second operation again
After that we have been consistently consulting him in the journey , always suggesting antibiotics and the normal things
Today my dad went to fortez delhi where he consulted another ortho there the ortha straight up said is
“Bone ko galat tareeka se jooda hai ulti lagi hai haddi the plates will be removed again and cementing will be done , also a knee replacement have to done ”
Now after consulting 3 top orthos of jodhpur we are hearing the bone has been joint wrong
Wtf
Can we file a medio negiliegence/malpractice case in this scenario
