May 7, 2026 at 5:55 amIt’s been 3 to 4 days I (19M) am going to play cricket. Today while playing the ball went high but still fell inside the ground. It is a govt garden , around 1 to 2 km away from my home. One guy who resides beside the ground starting yelling , Abe sale tujhe bola na ki maat khel(which he never said) , so I said abe tere yaha ball he kab aayi. And he started climbing the steel net , trying to enter garden to fight. I was respectfully trying to explain them but that guy’s father came and said abe madarchod idhar maat khel and started pushing me. I lost my control but didn’t use any bad word and said abe haath kyun laga raha hai.. things escalated and everyone who resides around that garden started yelling against us , using bad words and saying abe tere area me khelna and all.where should one play? aren’t we allowed to play in govt garden?
how is one supposed to physically push , he even threated to enter my house and beat me.

May 7, 2026 at 6:05 amThese gardens are not for playing cricket. It disturbs the people living close to such parks. A good solution is to pay money and play in professional cricket grounds or academy.-

May 7, 2026 at 6:12 amHow? These are govt gardens even high court made a statement in 2011 saying “don’t be selfish giants , let kids play in the park”.-

May 7, 2026 at 6:18 amBut you are not a kid. You are a fully grown adult man and these parks are not designed for cricket matches played by adults. Professional cricket grounds or stadiums are for these purposes.-

May 7, 2026 at 6:07 amLawyer here.Record the video of person showing aggression against you. If he hits of threatens you, you can file a FIR against him. Reason calmly and respectfully. if the ball is going into their home repeatedly or they are worried about damage to their windows etc, you can promise them to compensate for any damages and play carefully. Focus on cricket

May 7, 2026 at 6:46 amWhile you’re not technically allowed to play cricket in a park but it’s tolerated if nobody objects and if it’s children playing. You are an adult and hence can’t play in park with a set of people.-
