Neighbours playing loud music at night

Im renting an apartment in Shillong and my neighbours continue blasting music from 10 pm to 2-3 am once or twice every week. Im not sure how to handle this. I was banging on the wall to let them know I’m being disturbed because that was the extent of my irritation and last night because if that she came to my door knocking loudly to call me outside. I was alone and she was with a guy friend of hers. I was scared and I didn’t go outside. I let the landlady know about this and she said she will talk to them. I dont have any proofs as of now sadly
