        I take on regular freelance gigs in software development with a friend. This one client we got has a few weird terms, which I do not understand if is a red flag. Would like help understanding if this is ok:

        * 3x the amount they pay us as liability for what they suffer due to bugs
        * They have a 15d notice period to leave the arrangement but we cannot leave for convenience.
        * They have an SLA that states we need to respond and fix bugs withi 4h for critical issues, 8h and 24h for decreasing severity of issues. Should/can we put something like in case of the sla thing our response time is guranteed but fix time isnt? Since softwares cannot really be fixed in such short period and depends greatly on the type of issue.

        Would just like to understand if this is standard or if the points are red flags. There are also a few more clauses but these are the ones I found to be most dangerous. Please help – how to navigate this?
