I ordered a sweatshirt worth ₹1985-2000 on 11feb2026 and today its 5 may2026 and i have still not received my order and they are not replying to me on their website,insta, i even somehow managed to get their whatsapp but still no response they replied to my messages when the delay was of just 1-2 days and haven’t replied since , i spammed in their posts and reels saying to give me reply? And tried to get a response then after so much effort the OP of the store replied me on insta that- stop spamming bro ramdan chalre he tailor available nhi h next week tak ajayega. And i was still like ok ill wait a bit more no problem but i was shocked to found that there are many others who were complaining in their comment box saying when will they get their order and some saying this is a big fraud website and all but ik its not completely a fake website but im guessing the owner is just not giving that much importance to it and im so mad at them now because im in need of money and they still haven’t refunded my 2k and also haven’t shipped my sweatshirt, its summer now for fucks sake . I drafted a message with chat gpt , threatening them that im gonna a file a complaint against them today and they didn’t even seen that message, they are taking it very lightly , can i sue them or something?
