Is it worth going to consumer court

I purchased a kurti worth ₹2,000 from a boutique. The color from the borders started bleeding when I perspired and also when I was caught in the rain for just five minutes. It was quite embarrassing.

I tried contacting the customer care number and email, but received no response. Is it worth approaching the consumer court?

Edit : issue resolved . I had sent them a complaint through post . Money refunded . Thanks to all .
