UMy ex gf keeps popping up suddenly out of no where once in a while to ask for monetary help saying “mom in hospital need urgent 2k”. I just observed the pattern, she takes money saying I will return it in a month and when I ask, she starts to threaten saying, I spoiled her life and she will end her life writing my name. She had other relations too and not just me.
She never tried to upgrade herself in the job market and still stuck with small jobs. Requests me to get her a job like I own a company.
She had taken money from me before too and never cared to return. I ignored when I understood she had no intention of returning it. She keeps giving random reasons like “I met with accidents” “I don’t have friends to ask” “I got kicked out of the house” etc. Abuses when I ask to return the money, comes back after few months again to ask for more monetary help. I highly doubt she is into some drugs and takes this money to get more.
I have blocked her multiple times on different platforms, however, she keeps coming back with new accounts and phone numbers.
I am happily married and has no intention of keeping any relation with my ex. This has become headache for me right now. Even though the amount is not huge, just the frequent asks and threatens has started to take toll on me.
She keeps saying “you are rich, so why are you behind this money” it is not actually about money neither I am rich. But she can’t keep doing this.
What should I do? How can I get this closed forever?
Note: Please don’t judge, I have tried helping with good intention and ignored the amount given to her when I understood I won’t get it back. But if the person starts abusing after taking money and makes this a habit, it is not good. I really want this to stop.
