UHello,
I have applied for PCC. The address on my passport is my current address of gurgaon where I have been working and living for last 2.4 years. I have the current rent agreement in my name but previous where not in my name. The police officer doing the police verification for my PCC has said to get an affidavit made from tehsil where my landlord states I have been living here since Jan 2024. My landlord can do this for me since I am living here. I want to know how to get this made from tehsil? I know normal notary process but not this.
Where should I visit, what documents will be required of my landlord and myself. How long is the process?
If anyone has experience or knowledge, please share.
