UHey everyone, one of my relatives is planning to lease out his property to a company to set up a service center. The company is asking for his PAN, Aadhaar, house tax receipt, electricity bill, and floor plan. Is this standard practice, or does it seem suspicious?
Apart from this, what documents should he ask for from the company representatives before signing the agreement to verify the credentials of the person signing it? Also, since the property is in Uttar Pradesh, what type of agreement would be ideal? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
