Just wanted to warn everyone about my experience with Kwabey.
* **April 2nd:** Ordered 3 tees. Site promised 6-9 days delivery.
* **Rest of April:** Zero updates. Status stuck on “Processed.” No replies to Instagram and Whatsapp DMs or emails.
* **2 May:** They finally “refunded” me – but only into their website “Wallet.” Sent mail requesting bank refund give me update in 48 hours.
* **4 May (today):** No reply till now. Money still in store Wallet.
When I tried to just buy the same shirts again with the credit, i couldn’t fine them. So they took my money, kept me waiting for a month, didn’t ship anything, and now are forcing me to keep that money in their store credit for items they don’t even have. Another thing is during this whole process i got no mail message dm from their side, they are just doing thing on their own.
I’ve already sent a final notice and will be filing with the **National Consumer Helpline (NCH)** and **e-Jagriti** today. Has anyone else dealt with them? How did you get your cash back?
