Pls help me, I just made my ews unawaring of the fact that my caste comes in Delhi state obc list

Is there any way I can correct it . I haven’t used this ews in any official matter. Pls help how to change it to obc .

I went to the sdm office and they said that because you just made this ews in this new financial year that’s why we can’t accept your request.

Somebody pls guide me .
