Myntra not giving resolution even after writing”claim approved” on Consumer Forum

Hello 👋🏻

I ordered a shirt through myntra. The website said “Cotton”. I have the screenshot too. It got burnt the moment I ironed it. Then I saw that it was “Viscose”

I complained. They did not understand. Multiple efforts failed.

I filed a complaint with the screenshots and pictures and details on National Consumer Forum. The status says “Not processed yet” but Reply from Myntra says – “Claim has been approved, hence closing”

But again I called them. They are refusing to process it.

Is there something I’m missing or are they writing anything on the forum?
