Passport renew at home address

NEEDS ADVICE !!!

I’m currently residing in Bangalore, my passport is due for renewal, am planning to renew it on my permanent home address in Rajasthan.

Am okay with police verification happening at my home address, my question is , I want to schedule the PSK at Bangalore location, so what all documents should I carry, since I don’t have the originals with me handy, except for passport and govt IDs, though have everything in soft copy available (like Birth certificate, mark sheets etc.)?

On official site, the mandatory doc mentioned is only old passport and self attested first and last pages. So will I face any issues at PSK ?

Please advice.
