Landlord evicted me and threw my stuff out of flat

I have rented a flat in gurgaon. I was in my hometown for two months because of my mother’s medical condition, during April I had some financial problems due to which I paid rent late , I informed this to the landlord but he threw my stuff out and gave the flat to someone else .

since I am the only son so I have to be here to take care of my mother. How do I handle this situation. He is not even paying my security and I have cleared all dues.
